This is one of the 35 boxes we made for favors at the shower. It is filled with Hershey kisses. I used the Scalloped die box die cut and Perfect Plum assorted Designer paper.
The shower was a success and WOW did she get some great gifts! (The blueberry vodka and lemo punch was a big hit, too!) Now on to some other projects!!

Goodbye Yoyo Yellow!
I hate to see yoyo yellow retire because yellow and black make such a fun card! This is a card we made at the last make & take. I used the flower from the Pretties kit and stamped on it from the Circle Circle stamp set. The inside of the card and the middle of the flower is also stamped from that set. I used the NEW lattice texture plate on the strips on the front. I love it! This is such a cheerful card!
Thanks for looking!

Wedding Shower prizes
I've been working frantically to get ready for the wedding shower tomorrow! Here are the prizes for a game where 3 teams must make a wedding veil out of toilet paper and tape! The winners get this giant Hershey bar that is wrapped with her color scheme and matches the favors (will show those next time).
Didn't they turn out cute?

April Showers, Spring Flowers
What beautiful days we've been having! This month's make & take includes some flower cards--well, it's the perfect time of year! I actually planted some flowers (and I have a black thumb, not green!)
These are 3 of the things we are making for the upcoming make & take this weekend. (If you haven't made your reservation, please do so asap so that I can start cutting-thanks!)
On top, you can see the 2 little gift cards that are perfect to add on a gift bag. And the other is the "black magic" technique--it can be for Mother's Day or Birthday. This technique is stamping the image in craft white ink and coloring it with watercolor pencils. It is embellished with SU's white gel pen. I also used a new Die Cut that I just bought (oval scallop).
Next to it is another card we will be making. Can you see the frosted shimmer on the embossed left of the card? The tulip is made from the wings of the bird punch! I just LOVE that punch!
And as you can see, I didn't post the 4th item. I'm not too thrilled with how the milk carton idea came out and am in the process of designing another card--you will just have to come and see what it is!

Wedding Shower invite
Happy Easter everyone! What a nice day--Ross and I took our dog, Sadie, for a walk...she loved it and I was glad to get him to go with us!
Anyway, this is one of 35 shower invites that Elaine and I made for a shower we are giving a friend's daughter. This is her color scheme and we will be making favors, also.
I used the scallop die for the dress and embossed the vellum. The bodice is the Heart punch. It's hard to tell, but it is sponged with the eggplant all around. What do you think?
