As you can see, I am a total idiot when it comes to computer--I don't know how to turn this around! (Obviously, it's sideways!) This is a swap I'm doing for convention--had some precut yellow and black and wanted to use a new set. This is from SU "Chic Boutique". I embossed with gold and colored in with yellow and black Stampin' Write markers. The edges are something I'd never tried-sponged in yellow and then black here and there. You can't tell, but the large black area is embossed with Texturz plate.
Thanks for stopping by!

Punched Frog
This is a card I made for swaps at convention. It is made entirely of punched cardstock, except the clouds (which are white craft ink with dauber). There are SO many images that you can punch using the Stampin' Up punches. I will be showing you some more that we did in the Punch Bunch club later.....

Sorry for the long absence.....
Just when you think things are winding down, life throws another curve! First, my parents visited from Naperville, Il from the 1st to the 6th...I didn't have an extra second to post-was trying to keep my mom entertained to give my dad a break!
THEN on the day after they left, we got a call that my husband's dad had just passed away unexpectedly and we got in the car and drove 800 miles to MI. (for some dumb reason I couldn't fly b/c I have fluid in my ears??). He was a very wonderful man and will be missed.
As soon as I get some batteries for my camera, I will post some new things! Until then, here is what I made for roomie gifts for convention..it's a wooden box from Michaels that I covered in SU designer paper. Cute, huh? I think it will be great for brads, buttons, clips, etc.
Make & take is tonight and I still have some things to get ready--off to do that!
Thanks for looking and check back soon!

Another year..another birthday..
Yep, it's that day! My parents are driving in from Naperville, Ill any minute for the long weekend and celebrating with me. Actually, it's nice having a b'day in the exact middle of the year--I'd be one of those who would feel gypped if it was near Christmas (isn't that terrible to admit?)
This card is one of my digital drawings for sale on my Pink Flamingo site (see upper left). I colored it with Copic markers and added glitter inside of the flowers. Thanks for looking!
